Who you'll be working with
Letterhead Digital is me, Owen Mortner. I studied at Swarthmore and did an MPhil at Cambridge, which is roughly the world most of my clients work in. I know what a CV is for, why a publication list matters, and why "just use a template" is not useful advice for someone whose credibility is the product.
There is no account manager and no handoff. You talk to the person building your site, from the first conversation to launch and after.
How the work goes
I handle the tech side so you don't have to. Every site I build is clean, modern, and easy to navigate — and I stay involved after launch with ongoing updates and maintenance, so it stays that way.
